The 90-day guarantee

Every public use of our 90% figure links here. This page must state the measurement, the remedy and the exclusions in plain language.

1 · What is guaranteed

A 90% reduction in the CyberDNA Exposure Score for the attack surfaces contracted under a CyberDNA managed programme, measured over the first 90 days of the programme.

2 · How it is measured

The Exposure Score is established at day 0 through read-only assessment of the contracted surfaces, using the methodology recorded in the engagement schedule. The identical methodology, weightings and scope are re-applied at day 90. Neither the scale nor the weightings change during the programme.

3 · The remedy if the target is not met

CyberDNA continues remediation work on the contracted surfaces at no additional service cost until the target reduction is achieved. The client receives the complete re-score dataset regardless of outcome, including an explanation of any shortfall.

4 · Exclusions

Remediation recommended by CyberDNA and declined, deferred or blocked by the client.
Exposure introduced by changes outside the agreed scope, including new acquisitions or new environments.
Client-caused delays in providing the access required to measure or remediate.
Force-majeure events and third-party platform failures outside CyberDNA’s control.

5 · What this is not

This is not a guarantee against breach. No provider can offer that. It is a guarantee about a measured reduction in exposure, using a stated methodology, with a stated remedy.
